PUBLIC NOTICE
Village of Lebret
Public Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 207 of the Planning and Development Act, 2007, that the Village of Lebret intends to adopt Bylaw No. 232-17, the Zoning Bylaw. *
Description
This bylaw will affect all the property within the corporate limits of the municipality.
The Zoning Bylaw is a regulatory document which implements the policies set forth in the Official Community Plan. The Zoning Bylaw will divide the municipality into separate zoning districts based on existing and intended future land uses.
The Zoning Bylaw will contain regulations and standards that govern the size and subdivision of parcels, development standards for principal and accessory uses. The Bylaw will be administered through a system of Development Permits and a comprehensive review procedure.
Examination of Bylaws
Any interested person may inspect the proposed zoning bylaw at the Village of Lebret office at Lebret, Saskatchewan during the following hours: 9:00 AM TO 4:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays, or on the Village website of www.lebret.ca. Copies of the bylaws are available at the office.
Public Hearing
Council will hold a public hearing on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 9:30 am at the Senior’s Room at the Lebret Village Complex, to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed bylaw. Council will also consider written comments received at the hearing, or delivered to the undersigned prior to the hearing.
